1. Brief History
Kesbond Limited was established in 1986 and, along with our directors, some of our employees have been in the industry for over twenty eight years. We therefore have experience in all aspects and types of zippers.
2. Production
We have until recently functioned in the English Midlands primarily as an assembly plant for the UK market, however, we now manufacture and supply zips world wide from Taiwan and China.
Our zips are tested to British Standard 3084, ISO 9001:2000, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and the high standard we have achieved enables us to supply our products to many different industries such as clothing, furniture, boots, shoes, slippers, luggage, heavy and light weight bags, purses, tents, sleeping bags, gloves, work wear, bedding and many more. We are continually aware of the high expectations of our product and demand very high standards for zipper production.
We supply zips dyed to any YKK colour within approximately two weeks. We also dye to match swatches. We offer a quick delivery service with lead times ranging from one to three weeks depending on sizes, quantities and colours.
3. The KSB Brand
We do not actively advertise our products, however our “KSB” brand is becoming more and more well known. In the clothing industry for example, our zips have historically been incorporated in a garment and approved by the purchaser. We have supplied many millions of zips for garments destined for most major UK stores, some of which list us as approved suppliers. Some of our customers include, Arcadia, C & A, Bay Trading, Debenhams, New Look, River Island, Freemans, Asda, Sainsbury, Waitrose, W.H. Smith, Tesco, Sommerfield, Kwik Save, Matalan, Easyjet, HSBC, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, New Marriot Hotels, Mecca Bingo, World News, Jacques Vert, Marks and Spencer, National Car Rental, Jane Norman, Adams, Blacks, Woolworths, British Home Stores Ltd, Dimensions Corporatewear and Next.
